Refund Policy

At Acacia Building Cleaning Services, we strive to provide the highest quality of cleaning services to our clients. We understand that customer satisfaction is key to our success, and we are committed to addressing any issues that may arise during the service process.

1. Service Quality Guarantee

We take pride in delivering professional and thorough cleaning services. If you are not satisfied with the quality of our work, we offer the following process to ensure your concerns are addressed:

  • Initial Rectification: If you find any issues with the services provided, please contact us within 24 hours of the service completion. We will arrange for a team to revisit your premises and rectify the issues at no additional cost.

  • Further Rectification: If the issues persist after the initial rectification, we will arrange another visit to address your concerns. Our goal is to ensure that the service meets your expectations.

2. Refund Eligibility

A refund will only be considered under the following conditions:

  • Multiple Rectification Attempts: If the service issues remain unresolved after several rectification attempts, and you are still dissatisfied with the quality of our work, you may be eligible for a refund.

  • Refund Request: To request a refund, please contact us within 7 days of the final rectification attempt. Provide details of the unresolved issues and any supporting evidence, such as photos.

  • Same-Day Cancellation: Refunds are not applicable for cancellations made on the same day as the scheduled service. We encourage clients to notify us of any changes to their bookings at least 24 hours in advance to avoid any cancellation fees.

3. Refund Process

  • Evaluation: Upon receiving your refund request, we will review the case, including the service history and rectification efforts. Our team will evaluate the validity of the claim.

  • Refund Approval: If your refund request is approved, we will process the refund to the original payment method within 14 business days. Refunds will only cover the cost of the specific service in question and will not include any additional fees or charges.

4. Non-Refundable Services

Please note that the following situations are not eligible for a refund:

  • Change of Mind: Refunds will not be issued if you simply change your mind after the service has been provided.

  • Partial Services: If only part of the service was performed due to the client's request or other external factors, a refund will not be applicable.

  • Same-Day Cancellations: As mentioned, refunds are not applicable for bookings canceled on the same day as the scheduled service.

  • Late Claims: Refund requests made after 7 days of the final rectification attempt will not be considered.
